South-Eastern Wisconsin in the small town of Bristol just off highway 45.
With over 6300 square feet dedicated specifically to making the finest precision
shooting barrels, complemented by a highly trained staff of 10 employees, Badger
Barrels has become a dominant force in the barrel-making industry. With the
finest milling machines money can buy, we can offer virtually any contoured
barrel - whether octagon, round-tapered, fluted, or ribbed, to meet the
customers needs, and with our machining capabilities, we can fill both
individual and production orders. Here at Badger Barrels, all of our barrels
are "cut", or "cut-broached", in only one tolerance,"match-grade"!.

boss, yup that's me over there on the left, doing what I love - we never lose
sight that each barrel we make, must be the finest precision tool your money can
buy. In fact, if you own a C. Sharp's rifle, 1885 BPCR Browning, or a BDM9
Browning pistol, you already have a product from our shop as we have made tens
of thousands of barrels for them over the years similar to the picture of the
octagon one being milled below for our good friends in Montana. |

Just in case you are wondering how broad
our barrel product line is; well we make barrels for just about every shooting
need including high-power rifles, pistols, black-powder guns, capture
(tranquilizer) guns, paint-marking guns and even barrels for anti-tank guns.
With our fully automated (computer
controlled) milling machines, we can handle bar stock to 40 inches in
tolerances as close as .0001 of an inch. |

ourselves on combining hand craftsmanship with modern technology to exceed "old
world quality"creating the best barrels you can buy. We compliment
that approach using the best finishing method every devised for that perfect
barrel; we " lap" each individual custom barrel by hand to a mirror
